Iko are an English rock band from Exeter, Devon.〔(Laura Joint on BBC Devon: Devon band aiming high )〕 Formed in 2005 the band consists of Kieran Scragg (lead vocals and guitar) and Neil Reed (piano and keyboards).〔(Rightround.com: Interview with Kieran Scragg of Iko )〕 Scragg and Reed had been members of the just disbanded indie-rock band Buffseeds signed to Fantastic Plastic Records.〔Buffseeds had the track "Sparkle Me" from their debut album ''The Picture Show'' placed in ABC's ''Grey’s Anatomy'', in Season 1 episode 5 ("Shake Your Groove Thing").
